Reflection: The United State's and Iceland's literacy rate are exactly the same. I think the reason being for this is because they both have a pretty good, solid education system. Both countries require you to go to school K-12th grade, and both offer good colleges. Both locations teach you the basics, although they both offer extra classes or co-corricular activities. Both Iceland and the U.S. have a good education system, and you learn a lot. This is why the literacy rates compare.
